Competency Design Reference Story: Measuring Talent
The Head of Management and Leadership Development for a leading FMCG organisation wanted
help to identify and develop high potential candidates for senior management positions.
HFI worked with the Leadership Team to firstly understand the business before providing
complete competency and behavioural diagnostics to identify and develop high potential
candidates.
These diagnostics helped build personal profiles for the candidates and set a comprehensive
succession plan for the future of the organisation. Consultants also provided
comprehensive
feedback and coaching to each candidate, highlighting the value the organisation places in
the development of its employees and revitalising the development strategy.
