We worked with the Bank of New York Mellon to help them measure and evaluate
individuals within their organisation. HFI designed different tools; we
created a
Managed Service which was tailored for the organisation
based on the companies own personal competencies. We then constructed an
i2I; which is a
detailed personal feedback report.
For the company we also created a self-administered service tool, which
allows the participant to specifically choose the competencies which are
relevant to them. This approach is more D.I.Y in its format and we are
establishing this tool as it enables you to take part in the survey online.
Also the ‘pick ‘n ’mix’ element of this survey means that it is tailored
specifically to the needs of the participant.
The feedback development tool which we have created is beneficial as it
allows you to
develop plans of action based upon the individual
strengths you have; which are identified through the results from the
360 degree survey. Also the detailed feedback enables you to address
the different areas in which development needs have been identified
through the survey.
