Level A and Test Administration Training For HR Professionals

This intensive three day course will give you the skills and knowledge to be able to take control of the psychometric testing process supported by our experienced consultants.

This course will allow you to gain access to restricted psychometric tests, become qualified to administer online and paper psychometric tests, give you the skills to interpret the results of tests and provide meaningful feedback for selection and development purposes.

Having completed this course you will achieve an internationally recognised qualification by the British Psychological Society; the Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing.
