INTERNATIONAL MANAGER |
|
Traditionally, organisations have used expatriate assignments as the main method
of initiating, expanding, and controlling their international operations. Today,
however they are increasingly concerned about the cost-effectiveness and appropriateness
of ex-pats in a rapidly changing global environment. When companies operate at international
level they need international managers. On the course, managers will gain the skills
and techniques needed to excel as an international manager. Prior to the course,
you will be asked to complete a 360-degree feedback exercise which will help the
international leader self-assess their own competence and behaviours.
