In many organisations a manager’s role is changing from task-oriented controller
to leader, coach and mentor, bringing with it new responsibilities and skills. The
mentor needs to be able to provide guidance, support and practical help to develop
knowledge and skill.
The course will equip managers with these skills by giving them hands-on experience
of rapport building, counselling, performance monitoring and developmental coaching.
