During the course, participants will be introduced to skills and techniques that underpin competency development. The course explores a range of approaches designed to match the needs of a variety of organisations. Rather than take a prescriptive approach, participants will be encouraged to take account of the culture, attitudes, flexibility and open-mindedness to change within their organization before embarking on a competency-based initiative.
