Human Factors International, founded in 1983, has a portfolio of prestigious international clients and delivers projects everyday around the world. We work on a wide variety of projects from executive assessment and coaching to developing talent management strategies for global companies.
We are looking for energetic and proactive business psychologists or management consultants at a variety of levels, who can use their consultancy skills to solve real business problems for our clients. Everyone is client facing and there are interesting opportunities for travel.
This role sits on the Management Team that defines our propositions and runs our business. Your job is to lead client relationships and manage the commercial decisions that are required within a commercial area.
Over at least 10 years you will have achieved excellence in a wide variety of areas in business psychology from executive assessment and coaching to developing talent management strategies for global companies. You will have strong skills in building relationships, selling and delivering consultancy projects, and developing commercial approaches.
This is a critical role within our business. Your job is to work with customers and deliver solutions, fully supported by a dedicated project manager. It requires strong organization skills, excellent consulting skills and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
You will be a credible consultant with at least 5 years of experience of applying psychology to business issues. You will have been successful at working with international companies and be excellent at building business relationships.
Your job will be to carry out projects such as the development of new products and to perform statistical analysis as part of our consultancy services. This role provides the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Business Psychology consultancy and to make a significant contribution to the success of our business.
Although you need to be superb at the use of statistics such as Factor Analysis, you must also be well organized, work brilliantly as part of a team and be keen to develop your wider consulting and client management skills. Strong report writing skills are also essential.
The Research Consultant candidates are likely to have a first degree and a post-graduate qualification with Social Science and Statistics or mathematics being central to the degrees.
