What hfi do was always important, now it is critical.

Peter Cheese, CEO of the CIPD and voted the most influential thinker in HR in the UK this year, emphasized this month how critical it is  for HR practitioners to be:

"… informed by a real understanding of the science that shapes the inner behavious, motivations, and learning of the people we employ.”

He went on to add:

“Get this right, and we truly can become the champions of better work and working lives, benefiting not just individuals and organizations, but also the economies and society in which we operate.”

hfi's Wealth Creator Seminars

hfi 's Chairman Dr Adrian Atkinson has recently been running a series of webinars on our "Wealth Creator" concept:

"A fascinating tool that will help to identify where the real “wealth” lies in the business. For the client a very simple but effective tool to identify if you have any wealth creators in your company. I would highly recommend the program to anyone looking to ensure they really know which individuals are the “golden nuggets” in your organization and must be retained at almost any cost."

John Glenn, CEO, Consort Medical

"Identifying smart people on a team, is critical, and who is making a difference is what counts. I believe Wealth Creators is an important start."

John Glasspool, Head of Emerging therapies and Market Development, Pharmaceutical company

"The wealth creator concept provides a new, very intesting and more people focused view on strategy development. But it did remind me of Jack Welch who I believe said once: "The right people bring the right strategy".

Peter Huber, President, Meggitt Sensing Systems

hfi is working with a world-leading IT consultancy to identify and develop their next generation of Vice Presidents

"hfi worked with us in the Capgemini Global Outsourcing Division for at least 18 months, exploring how we could work together on assessing and developing our up-and-coming talent, and especially the next generation of Vice Presidents. There was no guarantee of any work and we did not feel under any pressure to make any commitments or engage chargeable services at this stage. By the time the organization was ready to invest in this, we had worked out what was needed, how we could work together and smoothly went into delivery. We felt the benefit of the hfi long term view of client relationships and went on to form a very collaborative and successful commercial relationship."
