Employee Engagement

The Employee Engagement Questionnaire (EEQ) is an employee survey that is completed online. The main focus is a set of carefully crafted behavioural questions that cover the seven key factors that lead to fulfilment in a job role.

Employees’ responses are analysed and presented at both group and individual level in a comprehensive report. HFI will then present the results of the EEQ to the senior team and facilitate a discussion within the context of the organisation’s values and objectives. The outcome is an action plan for engagement.
