hfi, the international talent management solutions provider is delighted to congratulate Capgemini, winner of the “Best Talent Management Strategy” award 2011.

Capgemini won in the face of stiff competition from Centrica and Aviva.  The award was presented to Anita Tilly, HR Director, Capgemini by Charlie Atkinson, Managing Director of hfi.  

Participating organisations are required to demonstrate how the initiative contributes to corporate goals and objectives.  This year, HR Magazine saw the largest number of entries to the awards in its 16 year history.

Winners of other categories included the Royal College of Nursing, McDonalds, Amey, ATS Euromaster and PwC to name a few.
