We require a Director and Senior Business Psychologists with several years' consultancy experience of designing and delivering projects in the following areas:

  • Succession Planning

  • 360 Degree Appraisal
  • Assessment and Development Centres
  • Coaching and Training
HE/SHE WILL:

  • Design and manage consultancy projects in the above areas
  • Actively assist with business development, sales and client maintenance
  • Analyse clients’ requirements and produce project proposals
  • Analyse and interpret assessment and selection data, provide feedback and write reports
  • Carry out feedback, coaching and culture reviews
  • Design and deliver group development programmes for team working, leadership, managing performance, etc.
  • Assist with the development of new assessment products and services
  • Manage a team of Psychologists
YOU WILL NEED:
 
  • A degree and a post-graduate qualification in Psychology or Management or a related area
  • Chartered Psychologist
  • BPS Level A and Level B
  • A track record in consultancy and project delivery at a senior level
  • A strategic understanding of consulting to the commercial sector
  • A commitment to working as part of a team as well as independently
Software Developer
London Based

We are seeking a software developer with at least two years experience of development in a commercial environment, to join our small Central London development team.

In a challenging and busy environment, your primary function will be to work as part of the development team where you will be using the latest .Net technologies in the full lifecycle of software development, from specification and design, to implementation, testing and deployment. Previous experience of developing internet software using Microsoft technologies such as VB.Net and SQL Server is essential. In this role you will be working with other areas of the business to provide information and develop solutions to client issues.

In addition you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and maintenance of the IIS web server and associated SQL server. Previous experience of DB administration is not essential but would be a benefit.

The successful candidate needs to be an excellent communicator, a team player with a hands-on approach, who is able to take ownership of problems, and work to tight timescales.
