In addition to providing general contact information such as name, email address, telephone number, those who take our assessments and questionnaires may be asked to provide information which includes, but is not limited to, gender, ethnicity, nationality, work experience (e.g., years of experience) and educational background (e.g., highest degree obtained). The answers that you give are stored on a database. However they are not presented with your results, nor are they disclosed to any person. We use this information, in an aggregated form (that is in an anonymous form), to ensure that the exercises are fair for everyone and not biased towards any one group. Age, race and gender information is always optional.

For those users who purchase services from us and/or administer assessments or questionnaires:
In addition to general contact information, we may collect other account-related information where appropriate, such as corporate banking account numbers (for payment purposes). We use this information to, process your orders, market our products, provide technical support and customer service, and analyse your usage of our services. We may also obtain a credit report or similar financial background check on you from third party vendors, such as Dun & Bradstreet, to assist us in evaluating your request for our services. For example provision of IT skills tests on the PeopleFactors site are provided by a third party organisation. What rights do you have over your data?

However we recommend that you check the requesting entity’s privacy policy for details on its information collection and use practices.
You have the right to request that we do not send you any unsolicited information of a promotional or marketing nature. Please contact us by e-mail, phone or postal mail if you wish to exercise any of these rights.

How do Human Factors (UK) Ltd ensure the security of your information?
