In addition to benefitting the individual, an effective performance management system will give the organisation a clear picture of where its strengths lie in terms of its people taking into account the strategic goals of the business.

Following the HFI performance management process, participants are given a number of practical, easy to apply things which they can do to get some quick wins and see real results.  This is a great way to motivate them to continue to find new ways to drive performance.

Personal Development Planning

Personal development planning sessions are organised for each member of the leadership team during which an HFI consultant provides in-depth feedback on the leader’s strengths and development areas as revealed by the assessment results. This is then used as a focus for a discussion of the meaning of these in terms of work context and career goals, and support with the development planning process.

Our personal development planning process is a comprehensive service including all necessary paperwork, training and advice for both participants and their managers.  Based on accepted best practice in the field, it is designed to be consistent with the capability framework developed during the Organisation Review and the overall talent management process at the organisation.
