Employee Engagement – The EEQ

Employees want jobs that are inspirational and worthwhile. Organisations want employees who will ‘go the extra mile’ and work hard. Employee engagement therefore provides the solution. It is a combination of dedication to the organisation and its beliefs and a readiness to support co-workers. Engagement is something the employee has to offer which goes further than motivation and job satisfaction.

We have a unique structured and quantifiable approach to measuring and improving job role fulfilment which provides both an individual and corporate report.

The Employee Engagement Questionnaire (EEQ) is an employee survey that is completed online. It includes a collection of carefully crafted behavioural questions that cover the 7 key factors that lead to job role fulfilment. We then present the results to your senior team and facilitate a discussion within the context of the organisation’s values and objectives, resulting in an action plan for engagement.
