Our Executive Assessment can be used both as part of the recruitment process and for development.  The resulting report provides a detailed description of the candidate’s characteristics, on-the-job strengths and areas for development needs and predicts how they will perform in the context of the role.  We then arrange a feedback session with the client and can also suggest how best to support the individual based on the outcomes.  We also offer various coaching programmes which can be used according to the requirements.
