The Bronze assessment reveals potential, confirms suitability and helps to identify development opportunities for management and professional roles. All Bronze assessments assess personality and cognitive ability in relation to the required role characteristics. Assessment for managerial roles also look at management style and analytic ability. Additional questionnaires, such as Sales Attitude or Project Planning can also be included to reflect specific role requirements.
When you purchase a Bronze Assessment from hfi , we start by working with you to fully understand the job role and the key characteristics that you are seeking. We then devise the right set of questionnaires to effectively predict success in the role. We provide you with a full set of instructions to brief your participants, including unique login details.
