A personal review involving psychometric assessment and a 360 is carried out, allowing us to identify specific ‘quick win’ changes. Our process initially involves a short, sharp intervention and is orchestrated over an agreed period of time, face to face or online.

Quick Win Coaching
Quick-Win Coaching provides executives with a short, specific list of areas in their work where they can achieve ‘quick wins.’ The coaching can be provided at a swift and incisive rate or a longer term involvement and candidates are given a Personal Profile Report and Development Plan as part of the process.
Provides executives with the opportunity to develop influencing and presentation skills to ensure they are able to gain the commitment of others. The session involves video role-play, which requires individuals to influence different audiences by making a positive, compelling impact.
